I just wanted to take a minute and let you know that we really appreciate the service you have provided. In the past we only provided true maintenance on an ice machine as a “will call” request. Your service has provided a safety measure to our personnel that we really were not aware was needed. Your reports were very detailed and it made me aware of something I never would have thought of. Your first thought is ice machines are a clean space so to speak.

I was also curious how it has affected our service repair request. You began your maintenance program in May 2017. Prior to this, Jan thru April of 2017, we had received 7 repair request. As of May 2017 we have only received 1 repair request. Your program has benefited Gwinnett Fire’s safety and maintenance programs.
